Social Worker Photoshoot
Personal Branding Photoshoot
Introduction
Amanda is a social worker and I loved her approach to therapy and used this to guide my creative direction:
“We live in a world that often punishes people for their differences, especially when they lack a solid framework for understanding and embracing those differences. I want to help break this norm. My goal is to help depathologize neurodivergence and help foster a world where people are free to embrace their unique natures. Humanity’s success has never come from uniformity — it is our diversity, and neurodiversity, that has shaped the resilience and creativity of our species.
A holistic understanding of this makes it clear that neurodivergence isn’t something to be ‘fixed’ but understood and embraced. I want to challenge the default of neurotypical standards and normalize the idea that ‘normal’ shouldn’t be the goal for everyone.”
