“Her photos completely elevated the look and feel of my site. It feels so much more professional and aligned with my brand now.”
— Maggie, occupational therapist
You may be wondering… what is a personal brand?
If you run your own business and you are the face of your brand (i.e. people who know your business recognize you and your name), then you most likely have a personal brand.
Some examples of professions that have personal brands are: therapists, coaches, lawyers, designers, creators, etc.
On the other hand, if you own, let’s say, an online candle shop or a cafe, and you mostly operate behind-the-scenes and aren’t a large part of the business’s brand, then you would probably be more interested in a product photoshoot or corporate photoshoot.
Why would someone book a personal branding photoshoot rather than a typical portraits session?
Similar to how there are different doctors for different needs, there are different photographers for different needs.
If someone is getting married, they’ll book a wedding photographer because that person is an expert in that field and has photographed countless weddings with the portfolio to prove it.
On the other hand, if that same person is a business owner and their personal brand is in need of, let’s say, new website photos, they’ll book a branding photographer. The branding photographer would be well-versed in the strategy behind creating cohesive and impactful branding photos that target the ideal clientele and showcase the brand’s unique personality. This is why it’s imperative that, as a business owner, you hire the correct photographer for your needs.
You may want a personal branding photoshoot if you are…
launching and branding a new business
rebranding your current business
building a website
in need of photos for social media
have an upcoming presentation or publication
creating a new marketing campaign
creating client guides, onboarding materials, etc.
“I felt beautiful working with her.”
— Jennifer, lawyer
“Adeline captures the true essence of feminine power.”
— Noor, healthcare
When you work with a branding photographer:
You’ll market your business with greater ease.
You'll be able to use images that tell a story (instead of using those images you haphazardly threw together). Because of this, you'll have a more intentional and robust marketing plan.
You’ll look and feel more confident.
Your ideal clients will more quickly understand who you are and if they want to work with you. They’ll also understand:
- the essence of who you are
- what your business stands for
- why and how you do what you do
- what they can expect when working with you
You’ll see an increase in leads and sales.
When you book your own branding photoshoot and you use your new brand visuals to market your business, you’ll see an increase in leads. You’ll be showing up more consistently and building trust and rapport more easily.
At the end of the day, professional brand photography helps to provide the visual consistency your brand needs.
01 | Inquire
Introduce yourself! Tell me all the details — no detail is too small! I love hearing about your vision.
The Photography Experience
02 | Consultation
We’ll schedule a call to go over what you’re looking for. Feel free to bring any inspiration and questions you may have.
03 | Booking Proposal
I’ll prepare a booking proposal and send it over. Once you’ve signed your contract and submitted payment, we’ll jump into the fun, creative part.
04 | Questionnaire + Mood Board
Through these, we’ll get super specific about the transformation you want to see. I’ll ask more logistical questions like where you are in the branding process and what your brand colors are, but also high-level questions so that we can ensure your brand photos are effective marketing tools for years to come.
05 | Strategy Call
This helps ensure we’re on the same page and we’ll walk away with a game plan so your session is as strategic as possible— we’ll chat shot list, prop list, location, wardrobe, and schedule. I want you to walk away with the best photo library that you can use in your marketing — from your website to your next launch.
06 | Photoshoot
The day is here! Since we’ll have planned so much beforehand, today is our day to have fun and, basically, create magic.
07 | Receive your photographs
After your photoshoot, you’ll receive your proofing gallery of all of the images that we took. From there, you will be able to select your absolute favorites for editing.

Quick Details
Photoshoots typically last 2-4 hours depending on the scope.
They can be on-site (i.e. your office, storefront, etc.) or in a rented studio that I help you find.
I’ll give you guidance on shot list, prop list, outfits, and locations.
You’ll receive a proofing gallery afterwards for you to choose the final photos.
Average client investment: $2500.
Personalization
Do you work with a team and want headshots and group photos? Bring them!
Do you want to showcase your office or storefront? I can include interior photos.
Do you want a branded introduction video or short b-roll clips for social media? Let’s add videography.
Interested in ongoing collaboration?
I offer subscription services where we schedule shoots monthly or quarterly.
This is a great option if you need consistent, cohesive imagery throughout the year.
“I would recommend Adeline to anyone looking for photography that goes deeper than a pretty picture. Her work is empowering.”
